Due to the effects of Hurricane Isaias, our offices (Gulf Breeze & Milton) are temporarily closed.
We hope to resume remote operations by Noon on Tuesday, October 13th. We are also experiencing disruptions to telephone and internet services, which may affect our ability to communicate with clients and providers. Parents--Applying for Services: To apply for School Readiness financial assistance and/or Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten, please use the application links provided below on this page.
Contracted Providers: Since the Governor declared a State of Emergency, you will be reimbursed for services during this time. Please do not reopen your center or home until it meets DCF's requirements for safe operations.

We Want to Hear from You!
The Early Learning Coalition of Santa Rosa County is conducting a Community Needs Assessment to better understand the early learning and child care needs of children and families in our area.
We are seeking input from parents and caregivers, child care providers, early learning professionals, community organizations, educators, health and social service professionals, elected officials, business/community leaders, and other residents and stakeholders.
Your responses will help us identify the most significant early learning needs of children and families, understand the availability and accessibility of child care services, identify barriers to access and gaps in services, and gather community perspectives about early learning services.
