Early Learning Coalition of Santa Rosa County COVID-19 Updates (7.6.2021):
Providers and Parents: Both our Milton and Gulf Breeze offices are
closed to the public until further notice. Currently, our staff continue to work
onsite during regular business hours and are available to assist you by
telephone. Please continue to call 850-983-5313 for general assistance
and contact any of our staff for information specific to their areas of
responsibility.
For questions regarding COVID information related to child care
and/or Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten policies and procedures, please call us.
The Coalition encourages providers to continue operating whenever
possible, as long as your program is safe, in order to assist working
parents in maintaining employment; however, we also understand
this is a decision that each of you must make in the best interest
of all concerned. If you make the determination to close your program,
even temporarily, you must email Darla Frame at frame@elcsantarosa.org
or Ron Geri at geri@elcsantarosa.org. If you must leave a message
be sure to include the following information:
-
Your name
-
Name of center or home
-
Reason for closure
-
Effective date of closure
-
Anticipated date to reopen
-
All SR and VPK providers that make the decision to remain open are urged to adhere to the Centers for Disease Control’s recommendations
-
All SR and VPK programs must follow strict guidelines for cleanliness and sanitation protocols in programs that remain open
